Safeguard Your Documents! Make two copies of all your travel documents in case of emergency. Leave one copy with a trusted friend or relative at home and carry the other separately from your original documents. To help prevent theft, do not carry your passport in your back pocket, and keep it separate from your money.

If you are transiting through Canada or the UK : which do not have that requirement : your passport must be valid at least six months, or airlines may not let you board your onward flight to Europe.

  • Airfare payment is due in full at time of air reservation.

  • Insurance purchase is due in full at time of insurance registration.

  • Outside of the initial deposit date and final payment date, there are no set payment dates.

  • You can make additional payments at any time by contacting Sarah or using the payment link on the website.

Are flights included?

  • No flights are not included in the tour rates listed.

Can I buy my own flights?

  • Yes, you can make your own reservation for flights.  Sarah will collect your flight information closer to travel so she can set up your ground transportation. You will want to check arrival flight times before booking to be included in the group transportation.

Can I get help with flights?
